You Cannot Turn Back Time

You cannot turn back the clock, but you can certainly extend it. Research has suggested that regular exercise can add 7 years to your lifespan. Exercise should be continued late into life. Mostly, aerobic of 80% of max heart rate capacity. This should be for at least 20 minutes periods at a time. Furthermore, aerobic exercise helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels, helps maintain blood sugar levels, and improves cardiovascular health.
