What To Wear For Occupational Health Appointments – Occupational Health Explained

So, what do you need to wear for your Occupational Health appointment? This all This will all depend if it’s In your working day or outside of work. If it’s outside of work and you’re having undertaken, I would recommend just loose or baggy fitting clothing so that you could undertake any movements that are required or if you needed to raise your sleeves that a blood pressure, could be taken.

During the Working Day, might be slightly different. You may be wearing multiple layers or quite thick clothing or restrictive clothing. There is very little you can do about this. My only recommendation will be, to have thinner layers underneath so that you can move a little bit more easily and keep your Dignity. Should some outer layers need to be removed.
