Our past success
Swift needed a comprehensive Health surveillance and man-agement referral service. Utilising the latest health sur-veillance technologies, we were able to improve the accura-cy, efficiency and tracking of Swift’s health surveillance programme. We worked with their health and safety team to design a specific surveillance programme to ensure all the company’s needs were met.
With our management referral service, Swift lowered absence duration and reduced the time and effort spent by HR depart-ments dealing with ill or injured employees. From day one re-porting of sickness to assisting with adjusted return to work, we managed every aspect of the process.
We have provided Swift with some on demand mental health consultation. Issues like depres-sion, stress (workplace or other-wise) and burnout can lead to long periods off sick as well as under performance at work.We helped staff deal with men-tal health in the workplace with a multi-disciplinary approach.
