Our team

Guided by professionals

We are always looking to push the boundaries of health in the workplace whilst at the same time maintaining excellent clinical standards and best practices. By consulting with our advisors that have a wealth of experience, we ensure that our approach is the best one for our client’s and ‘patient outcomes’ while introducing new and exciting methodologies of improving health in the workplace.

Our past success

Swift needed comprehensive health surveillance and a management referral service. Utilising the latest health surveillance technologies, we were able to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and tracking of Swift’s health surveillance programme. We worked with their health and safety team to design a specific surveillance programme to ensure all the company’s needs were met.

With our management referral service, Swift lowered absence duration and reduced the time and effort spent by HR departments dealing with ill or injured employees. From day one reporting of sickness to assisting with adjusted return to work, we managed every aspect of the process.

We have provided Swift with some on-demand mental health consultations. Issues like depression, stress (workplace or otherwise), and burnout can lead to long periods of sickness as well as underperformance at work. We helped staff deal with mental health in the workplace with a multi-disciplinary approach.
